Collaboration
SAPWORKS works extensively with SAP product owners and developers to ensure that we are not only aware of enhancements and product direction in SAP Software and Technologies but have input into the future direction based on our own, extensive customer experience. This places us ahead of all other providers when it comes to the delivery of SAP solutions to customers. As much as business imperatives allow, SAPWORKS undertakes a reviews of current processes and look to deliver recommendations that will help deliver better outcomes to our customers.
Advocacy
We intimately understand the SAP Ecosystem because we help to build it. Our consultants are thought leaders in SAP social media, SAP publications, SAP events and SAP education. We engage closely with the SAP community, customers and partners to shape the best practices and guidelines of the future. We teach at universities, deliver keynotes at SAP user groups, and work with User Groups to help influence SAP to improve their software and processes.
The SAPWORKS team and attend conferences all over the world to deliver presentations and understand where the market trends and SAP product evolution and adoption is heading. They also work with the SAP Development teams in Germany and the US to help direct product evolution based on our customer experience. The collateral from these conferences are shared with customers during knowledge exchange to communicate these changes and prepare for trends.
